Weird rashes around my mouth?

Hi, does maybe anyone know what the hell are these rashes on my face? I have them around my mouth and on the sides of my mouth.They suddenly appeared few days ago, and it's not getting any better.

@Anonymous It looks like an allergic reaction to something so I think you should see your doctor or consult your local pharmacist. I wouldn’t let it sit for too long because in my personal experience this type of allergic reactions leave behind worst dark spots.

@Anonymous What exact product did you use around the mouth/on lips? Could be an ingredient/food allergy or along the lines of eczema, probably would be a good idea to make a dermatologist or doctor appointment then you have one.
