The Ordinary Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner

Hi guys! I was just wondering if any of y'all have tried the new Ordinary Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner? Is it any good and/or worth the price? My skin is dry (eczema) and becomes red very quickly. Would this be good for my skin?
