The Ordinary Azelaic Acid 10% Suspension for 14 Year Olds

I'm 14 years old and I've struggled with Keratosis Pilaris on the back of both my arms and my cheeks (I think). I have pretty oily skin by the way! I only plan to use this 2-3 times a week, so I was wondering whether it would be too harsh for my skin. If it is a bit harsh for my face, then is it okay to use it on the back of my arms since I've heard really could reviews that it can help treat Keratosis Pilaris. Thanks! 😁
