Rec for a lightweight niacinamide serum to control oil

I'm looking for a new niacinamide serum to control oil, as I tend to get oiler in the spring/summer.  In the past I've use TO, but last year it wasn't as effective.   I also used TIL in the past, but didn't love the bottle.  I tried Good Molecules a while back, but found it average. 

My fave was Revolution Skincare but they don't make it anymore. 

My preference is for budget beauty, but I'm open to any suggestions.

@SportyGirly125 thanks for the rec!  I just looked into it, and it looks like it has silicones in it.  While I love them for me hair, I'm not too into them for my face.
