Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Yaaaay, another Clueless fan @treestar86! Such a fun film! I think you're right on with the quote! That movie had some great quotes.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi  how could anyone not love it!?!? ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi are you enjoying the StackedSkincare after using it for awhile? Curious if you have grown fonder of it over time! Also, that SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Face Mask Lychee is quite pleasant! The scent reminded me very much of Living Proof No Frizz Intense Moisture Hair Mask - and really, a few of their products ๐Ÿ™‚ I also see @ather has excellent taste in candles, yum!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@eshoe, I can't seem to make the StackedSkincare lip peel work for me, on my lips or elbows, though I keep trying. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Did you get a lychee scent from the Sephora Clean lychee mask?

@ather has excellent tastes, which includes candles. I haven't tried all the Voluspa candles - I usually keep going back to the same ones, though I have picked up a few new scents this year, all also good. ๐Ÿ’•

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Ahhhh good to know @itsfi. I was thinking about trying it, but remembered you were on the fence so was happy to find it again here! Sounds like a pass, for now, at least.

I've never tried a fresh (raw?) lychee, so it would be hard for me to say. I have tried that candle, and still find the Saijo Persimmon to be my favorite.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

The Saijo persimmon candle smells wonderful @eshoe. ๐Ÿงก Itโ€™s also a sentimental favorite for me, being my first Voluspa candle; the one that kickstarted it all for me with Voluspa. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Funny you mention that, @itsfi - it was the first candle I bought of theirs and itโ€™s been my favorite ever since. I am very happy they still make it, hope it is always part of the collection!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi   I LOVED that honey lip treatment and the huge applicator!  I went through a whole tube in like three months!  So good!  The lip peel looks intriguing.  Do your lips actually peel or is it more a gradual exfoliation?

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@heartsmyface, I think I picked up the honey lip oil ๐Ÿฏ because of you!!! ๐Ÿ’– I have the stick balm and it's alright. Now, this lip oil on the other hand, it's wonderful. I like the oversized applicator; makes me chuckle how large it is. ๐Ÿ˜‚

The lip peel is something I've been disappointed by - either by it or by my inability to make it work for me. ๐Ÿ˜ My lips haven't peeled, even when I've used it on consecutive days, though to be fair I don't do that for very many days, primarily because I can't stand the chemical taste of it. It might be meant as a gentle chemical exfoliation, but I'm not seeing the results. I wanted it to work because how great would it be to have a gentle peel for the lips, but it seems that my lips prefer the scrubs. I've removed the rollerball from it and mix in a little bit of it with a lip oil to apply to my lips, or I've occasionally re-purposed as a "peel" for my elbows (I'll add a drop or two to my moisturizer) and then apply on my elbows.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi What a beautiful theme.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Thank you @Samtian! ๐Ÿ˜„ If only I had real lychees. Next time...

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi  mmm that would have been nice!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Ohhhh, but look at what I just found @Samtian

B114E5B1-AC0A-4F82-8EE9-146962CE447B.jpeg

Sure, itโ€™s not the same as having it around the masking time, but I can live with that. ๐Ÿ˜†

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi Awe say what! I wish I had cool things like this near me.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

L is for a limited edition.   I think I have two of these left. Iโ€™ve enjoyed these masks so much.  theyโ€™re my favorite crรจme shop mask but all good things must come to an end.  Enjoying it with some Sakura royal milk tea.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

What a lovely masking sesh!! @heartsmyface gorgeous tea cup ๐Ÿ˜

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

Mmm tea @heartsmyface! I enjoyed this one too thanks to @missjeanie sharing with me. Hope you get to savor the ones you have left.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@heartsmyface  Happy to hear you've enjoyed this one - it's my favorite from this HK line!

Love that tea cup ๐Ÿ˜ Jill Stuart really makes some beautiful products!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

This mask is sooooo nice, and of course cute which is a bonus @heartsmyface! Love the tea cup, too - how gorgeous.

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

So many things I love here @heartsmyface! Where to begin?!! Love the photo! ๐Ÿ˜ Love the mask and tea pairing. How cute is your tea set?!! And the illustration on the sheet mask packaging! The mask itself is a really good one too; one I really enjoy. I have a tea purchase in the works (my cart gets fuller and fuller every time I log on) and I'm adding "sakura royal milk tea" to it. It sounds so good!

Re: 2020 Mask of the Week Challenge

@itsfi   This is one of the few printed masks I canโ€™t get enough of!  The scent sends me to my happy place. I didnโ€™t bother with a review cause I figured everyone here s fairly familiar with it.   Iโ€™ll be sad when theyโ€™re all gone but know there will be many new and fabulous masks to fill the void.
The tea set is from Omotesando Tokyo.  I use the petit four tower for makeup in my beauty room.  ๐Ÿ˜œ

The tea is REALLY good!! Itโ€™s more a dessert than it is a tea.  It comes in powder form and you just add water.  A typical bone china cup and saucer is the perfect size so no measuring required.  I definitely recommend and canโ€™t wait to hear your thoughts on it!  I love milk tea in general but this flavour is just wonderful!
where do you typically buy your teas from?  This one I found on SugoiMart.
