Looking for toner and hydrating cream

Hey everyone,

Looking for a new set of toner and hydrating cream. I have sensitive skin but don't want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on them. I would say max 40$ per item, they don't have to be from the same skincare line.

I'm also looking for the checkmark clean at sephora.

Does anyone have recommendations for me?
