Herbivore Blue Tansy

I love love loved Herbivore's Blue Tansy mask the first time I bought it. Just received my 2nd jar and I'm not sure if this looks right. I used it and took it off after 5 minutes. It left my face red and itchy where I had it on. Maybe just a fluke, but I know the Blue Tansy has a fairly common mold issue. Does this look normal?
