Help with regimen with ordinary products

Iam aiming to start with the ordinary products skin routine. I have a extremely dry skin and my concerns are - ( Iam in my mid 30s ) 

laughing lines

hyper pigmentation 

dull & dry skin 

fine lines 

I don’t know where to start , If someone could help me guide with step by step products to use from this brand to help with my skin concerns , it would really be helpful with my purchase at Sephora . Thank you

@Sassysaddie The Ordinary has a regimen builder on their website, so you may want to check that out. Depending on your experience with skincare, I'd start simply- cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Then add in products to target your skin issues. You may also want to consider mixing and matching brands instead of just sticking to The Ordinary since they may not be able to meet all of your needs.
