Foundation and dry skin

I'm not sure if i'm to post this here but -

i think i finally found the closest shade to my skin which is Maybelline Fit me foundation-dewy 115 (ivory) anything lighter i look even paler, anything darker i look like an orange, I have horribly dry skin and i'm having this issue where my skin looks so horrible  with foundation, my forehead has little wrinkles in it and the foundation just makes them more noticeable as well as on my cheeks. I use a moisturizing primer as well as a moisturizer before apply makeup. 

My questions are 1-does this foundation even match me? 

 And 2- How can i stop my foundation from making my skin look like this?

@Anonymous  - It's a bit hard to tell from the photos because they are 1) taken in different lighting and 2) the ones with the foundation are fairly close up. I recommend you check your jawline - if there is a noticeable difference at the jawline then it's not a match.

I did half my face with the foundation to see the difference.
