Dr. Jart’s Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment

I just purchased the travel size of this today. Is it considered a moisturizer, or do I put a moisturizer on top of the treatment? How do you like the product? Do you find it effective?

Re: Dr. Jart’s Cicapair Tiger Grass Color Correcting Treatment

I bought a set during the holidays with a few Cicapair products including the color corrector, and I love it. Like the others who have commented, I also use the color corrector after moisturizer. It really seems to help the redness on my sensitive skin, and I would definitely repurchase.

I saw primer mentioned below. I don't use primer every day, but I have applied primer after this color corrector (since I kind of view this as a skincare product rather than makeup) with no issues. But now I'm wondering if I should treat it as a color correcting makeup item like the green color corrector that I used to use before I bought the Dr. Jart color corrector...

Glad to hear you have used primer with it. I was wondering how it worked with primer (I haven’t tried it yet). I’m also wondering if I should treat it as a makeup product but will take all of your advice below and start by applying over moisturizer and see how that works out. Thanks for your feedback!

I just started using the Tiger grass color correcting treatment. I put my moisturizer on first (but the woman at Sephora said it was also ok to go on after)- I just prefer moisturizer first, then the green to correct red, then the tatcha silk primer on top- then foundation. Hope this helps!

@Llamamama2 I'm a big fan of the Dr. Jart! I use it after I'm done with my skincare routine (so after moisturizer/facial oil as my last step). I've never combined it with a primer, but that's mainly because I almost never use primers in general. It really does neutralize the redness on my cheeks and acne spots and turns from green to a neutral beige once rubbed in. In fact, I wore it alone today, no other tint and it's perfect for those no makeup/makeup days, gives me a lovely, even, and slightly glowy complexion. I will note that my nose is a little oily now, I skipped powder today, but it has been almost 12 hrs!

Hi there @Llamamama2! I found that it works best when applied over myentire skincare routine, so after moisturizing and sunscreen. I’ve never used it over a primer but guess you can do that too. I like it because it does color correct and delivers on make-up free days. Hope this helps!
