Blackheads and pores on nose and minor scarring

Update from my last post since my skin has pretty much cleared up to where there is less redness and barely any bumps (Iโ€™ll provide pics). I simply just condensed my routine to just using a little bit of my face wash concentrating on my nose since thatโ€™s where I breakout the most and after my shower wait for about 10 minutes to apply my moisturizer bc I felt like it was clogging my pores. I also donโ€™t take super hot showers anymore which helped with redness, but I could still use suggestions for the rest of the redness still there. My biggest issue now is blackheads and big pores on my nose and right next to my nose on my cheeks. I currently have the philosophy blackhead mask that I use occasion, but I feel like it doesnโ€™t really work. I could also use a solution to minor scars on my face. Any suggestions?

@laurenkristineNose 'blackheads' are typically sebaceous filaments, typical oil blockage that can only be temporarily removed. Blackheads are not in a pattern, rough to the touch and have an oxidized head, these don't come back right way in the same spot like SFs. Products with acids or salicylic acid can aide in clearing pore buildup and congestion. If you're not using, use spf daily..redness can be triggered by heat as you found out. If the moisturizer feels cloggy it may need switched out. Extra redness may need topicals instead. Redness skincare lines, IT Cosmetics bye bye redness moisturizer, tinted green (skin won't look green) & a gel-cream, Clinique redness line, Origins mega mushroom line. Clinique even better line or a vitamin c product can help with scarring, retinol for cell turnover but can cause sun sensitivity.

Your skin looks really good! For scarring, I would try to prevent it by moisturizing really well.  It helps with skin cell turnover especially at night.  Do you use any sunscreen at all? It can actually help with redness if you use it daily and have a consistent routine.  My skin gets pink as well sometimes due to allergic irritations (I have sensitive skin) and after moisturizing well, it usually becomes fine by the next morning.  In case, you wanted to know, the moisturizer I use is the one by Farmacy, Honeydrop Lightweight Moisturizer with Echinacea GreenEnvy. These don't tend to settle into pores.  I'm trying out the Foreo Luna Mini to see how that works for my face in terms of deep but gentle cleansing, and since it's made up of soft silicone bristles I think it would be the best bet for keeping unclogged pores and maybe even preventing blackheads! Just a thought. Minor scarring usually goes away with good but gentle exfoliation (use no scrubs) and in combination with excellent hydration and sunblock for the skin.  Hope this helps-- good luck! ๐Ÿ™‚

I realized I forgot to answer your question but the moisturizer I use has spf 10 in it which isnโ€™t that much but itโ€™s something. The tinted moisturizer that Iโ€™ve been beginning to use is spf 30.
