BUMPS ON FACE! Need help. Never had this.

These appeared a week ago and don’t know why. Never had problems with my skin and wondering if anyone knows what they are or what to do. Please any suggestions? 😞 I’ve always had clear skin.

I can’t say for sure but the redness and Blotchiness on your chest could be an indication of allergy. If they are hives they could also be stress induced, although more likely it is an allergy. I would be sure to cleanse with a very sensitive cleanser you know works with your skin, take Benadryl. Also apply a very gentle, cream, i would suggest “Kate Somerville dleicate recovery cream” super Gentile healing That cream has saved my skin in a time of crisis! Kate is my super hero when it comes to all things skin!Good luck!

I had something similar to this happen to me pretty recently. I went from having super clear skin, to one day waking up with bumps everywhere. For me, I had switched up my skin care routine to some olehenriksen products. My skin was fine for two days, and then it all of a sudden wasn’t. I stopped using the products a day later, and I still have the bumps, but they are slowly going down. If you’ve switched up any skin care, or even make up, you could be having a reaction. I hope this helps! If the bumps don’t go down, definitely see someone who can help. It’s very frustrating I know!

Hi @jewels432! I won’t be able to tell you what that is, but if there are any major changes in your skin/health i’d recommend checking with a healthcare provider. Dermatologist would be the best person to answer your questions and get you prescription or any other recommendations if required.

Do you have oily skin? Maybe fungle acne (mf) use the site sezia I think it's called it shows ingredients thats bad for people how have it. But have you over exfoliated? Try a small spot of head and shoulders or #nicinamide on a spot for a day I had a few turned it into a pimple or dried it up.
