Thank you @Aaliaa for starting this thread and giving us a place to share our love for masks💗 Below is the 2020 schedule. Each week features a different theme, as well as a letter of the alphabet for coming up with new masking ideas. 

Please include the brand and name of the mask you are trying out, as well as a photo if possible. Any other details are greatly appreciated, including scent, if it's an exfoliating mask (include acid info if known), your overall experience, and whether or not you would repurchase. Don't forget to include a grade (thanks to @ShortErica for the idea) to help others along the way.

Mask Hacks - Here are a few to get started thanks to our lovely BIC-ers, a big thank you for these fabulous ideas!

Spoiler

Trim off long chin and add to forehead for sheet masks	itsfi
Squeeze tube lip balms (like Bite) into pans and place in magnetic palette	sonnydee
Layer lip sleeping mask (such as Laneige) over regular balm	cianni
Derma plane prior to a peel-off mask to ease the pain of removal	heartsmyface
Warm water helps remove clay masks quicker than cold	cianni
Lay sheet masks flat prior to use so the serum is more evenly distributed	eshoe
Remove clay/difficult masks in the shower to keep towel clean and removal easy	itsfi/BIC
Use an HA serum prior to trying a mask with alcohol high on the ingredients list	keana1

And this masking every day thing is not going to be a standard. I'm aiming for 2 a week to use my 2020 expiration masks and then will have weeks of brand battles occasionally. Hope everyone's New Year has started off great!

@Shosh85 first I thought "this is kinda nose it's covering the nose" then "dang this is annoying that breathing moves it." The next day I realized I wore it incorrectly. Glad we can at least laugh about it.

@ShortErica That Kiehl’s really is a nice clay mask. Your post reminds me I still have four DS Kiehl’s masks in my mini fridge that escape my mind when it comes to masking time. I need to inventory them.

The mini fridge! I hope putting them inventory helps you remember @eshoe. I'll be moving and will have separate sinks in the master bath so I'm thinking I might spoil myself with one sometime in the future. Gotta see where the outlets are by the sink. 😉

@ShortErica  great. reviews. I've been curious about that kiehl's mask as well. Don't have a sample to try so may pick one up. Those TCS eye masks are so beautiful. I have the kelp one and really enjoy it and like the results.

A is for Apple Cider Vinegar

Bath & Body Works Illuminating Apple Cider Vinegar Sheet Mask

This is a super thin cotton sheet mask that was drenched with serum and pretty much had no scent, maybe just that typical sheet mask kind of smell. The fit was kinda wonky - the eye holes were too big and the mouth hole didn't quite line up right, but it was thin enough that I could just smoosh things into place well and it adhered well despite all the smooshing. 😉 I kept it on for about a half hour. There was a little bit of tackiness left behind but it absorbed in about 10 minutes. My face looked noticeably brighter, felt comfortably hydrated and felt soft and smooth.

It's too bad they don't make these ones anymore, 'cause I'd definitely purchase more!

Ooh, I don't think I've ever used an ACV mask before, @Shosh85. Glad to hear it worked out nicely for you. Too bad B&BW doesn't keep their masks around longer.
