@sonnydee Aw, I know some (okay, many) folk don't like the scent of turmeric, but I do. I'm glad you still got some good results from this mask!

Well this mask definitely does turmeric justice! @WinglessOne I'm in the can stand it group. Not something I would want my deodorant or perfume to smell, like but i can deal with.

An Apricot and Papaya masking from last week. Fruity!

The ORIGINS - Drink Up™ 10 Minute Hydrating Mask with Apricot & Swiss Glacier Wateris a pleasantly hydrating, apricot yogurt-scented mask. It is similar in consistency to Vit-A-Mins. The scent lasts throughout with this one, and it's usually my pick when I want something light-hearted, fun and fruity.

The Celavi Papaya Facial Mask has clear packaging, which I find very soothing right now. It also has niacinamide, allantoin, ceramide NP and sodium hyaluronate. My biggest hope for this was that it would also have a fresh, sweet and accurate scent. It's been awhile since I've had fresh papaya, so I can't claim any accuracy on this one, but when I opened it, I noticed it was indeed sweet. It may have been artificially sweet, but it was refreshing! The fit formed nicely to my face, and there was just enough slightly gelatinous serum to pat my forehead and cheeks with an extra dose before taking a rest from the day. I left it on close to 45 minutes. I would have left it on longer, even though I had to pat the chin area a few times as it dried. After removing, I was very pleased to find to little remaining tackiness. I had a little duel between my SUMMER FRIDAYS - Jet Lag Mask Mini and Youth To The People Superberry Hydrate + Glow Dream Night Cream + Mask with Vitamin C 2 oz / 59 ml to seal in the goodness from this mask. In applying them, I found the consistency to be nearly identical. The scent (SF, slightly medicinal, YTTP, like a creamsicle) and containers are the main difference I noted. Both absorbed equally, though I noticed a tiny bit of pilling with the SF when checking my cheek for dryness later in the evening. This morning, both sides of my face felt about the same. In this case, it's really just a matter of personal preference. It would be fun to see a mini YTTP in a tube like the SF! Both are great for normal/dry skin, but I love the scent of the YTTP so much, that is likely what I will be repurchasing when I finish these.

Great duel! I have tried both of these, and while I prefer the YTTP, I can definitely see how the results from both would be similar.

@Shosh85 I think the SF might be on its way out-I used it again last night, and it caused so much pilling. You know when you get a reallllly bad sunburn, and the skin peels? It was like that. I guess I will finish it by using it as a body cream🤷🏻‍♀️

A is for Airpacking

Mediheal Airpacking Mint Wrap

This is a thin, light green, two-piece foil mask. It was soaking with a clear watery serum and had a super light tea tree scent that wasn't too noticeable. As with most two-piece masks, this one fit very well and was very comfortable to wear. I had it on for about a half hour. When I removed it there was still quite a bit of serum left on my face that was just very slightly tacky. After massaging it in, it only took about 5 minutes for it to fully absorb. My face looked slightly brighter, my skin felt soft and smooth and the hydration was long lasting.

I enjoyed this one and will happily use the other one I have, though it wasn't stand-out enough to make me want to immediately run out and buy more.

@Shosh85, I remember this one and the pink version being one of the first air wrapping masks I used. Do you have an air wrapping mask or masks that you’d consider a “must have” or favorite? 😉😃

@itsfi Sorry, somehow I missed this..... I really don't love foil masks, so I wouldn't consider any of them to be a "must-have," but I think my most favorite was the Peach Slices Lucky Cat's Gold Foil Mask

@Shosh85 these type of masks are so cool to look at, but I know what you mean about the final consensus. I always wonder just how much hydration my skin is really getting, as the material doesn't seem like it would hold much. But they are fun, and bonus - two parts!

@eshoe Yeah, foil masks are fun and pretty, but you're right, they generally don't have the greatest adherence. This one turned out pretty great though - just wasn't blown away by it
