This year is going to be a little different - simplified. Easy. Every month will have a new theme, and that's it. Feel free to join in whenever and wherever. Most importantly - have fun!

Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights 💮

January	Fresh Starts - Time for a re-set, or morning masking? However you see it, this month is all about new beginnings.
February	Winter Love - Whether it's a mask you adore, or something extra-special to care for dry winter skin, this month is for some soothing TLC.
March	March Madness - Competition is in the air! Find a $ dupe of a $$$ mask that is share-worthy? Or find a dupe that works even better than the original? Details, please!
April	Spring Fling - Baskets and bouquets, showers of much-anticipated rain...this month's focus is herbal and floral sensory delights.
May	Dew Drops - May Day lore says to wash your face in the dew you collect in the morning of the first day of May for radiant skin. This month is for absorbing all of that good-for-you H2O.
June	Summer Sunshine - Ice cream, sunglasses, SPF, check! Once the sun is down (or before it's up), extra care is most necessary. How do you give your skin cooling repair?

@Shosh85  I've not seen a black snail sheet mask before - how interesting! I wonder whether the snail secretion filtrate varies by species.

@Shosh85 I need to research this more as well. I did a tiny bit the other day and couldn't find too much detail about specific species...if only I could get an internship with a skincare/masking company.

That is such a good snail mask @Shosh85 @ChrisCupcakes! Checks off a lot of boxes - snail 🐌, good quality - thin sheet, nice serum consistency, excellent price point...

This sounds like a nice one, @Shosh85. I'm with you though, gone are the days of snail being an unusual ingredient for me now haha!

100% with you @Shosh85! The snail isn't unusual to me either - it's actually a staple in my collection. Can't be without it. 🐌 I've seen black snail as a skincare ingredient but I don't think I've use a mask with that particular species (is it a species?! Will need to look that up.). Your mask also fits the letter of the week challenge - G for gastropod!!! 😁🐌 The material and results from this one sound good! 😍

Curious, have you tried other masks from this brand? I like the aesthetic on the packaging. Ummm, not that that would be the sole reason that I would pick up a mask... 😂🤣😂 But let's be real, it does catch my attention!

I have tried 5 from this line and have 8 more left in my stash to use. So far I would say they're in the, good-not-great, filler-type masks category. 😉

Good intel on the sheet mask @Shosh85! There was a time when I would have been all onboard for good-but-not-great sheet masks, but now that I know of so many more sheet masks and resources for them, I’m more focused on the ones my skin likes best. Having just one face also helps with not having too many filler masks. 🤣

From last week - unicorn!

I'm not too original here and I am so glad that @faeriegirl  mentioned this mask because I didn't realize it was expiring. Whoops.

I've probably reviewed this one before, but it's Biobelle's Unicorn Glow Mask. The mask is made of tencel, slightly hydrating, and has a light chocolate smell. There's a slight tingling sensation, but nothing concerning for me.

This was a good reminder that I need to go through my 2021 masks, though, and see if I have anything else about to expire.

@PrettyPaint, ooh, light chocolate scent sounds wonderful! The original masks from Biobelle are all so great. So sad to see them go. BTW, that plushie is so cute. Is it one of the Squishmallows?
