Granted, while a mega retailer in general, Target is certainly Sephora’s (and Ulta’s) little baby sister when it comes to beauty. Still, they do try, often offering unique brands and/or attractive discounts on brands we already know and love – and therefore they do deserve a little discussion in this all-inclusive beauty community. So let’s discuss!

Target beauty holiday boxes are coming! Most if not all of these drop 10/25. Too bad the current 25% off promo will be over by then. Still, I’ll be keeping tabs on some of these. What about you?

@civ2ru Thanks for keeping us in the know about the Target beauty sales.  I recently bought five drugstore brand lipsticks from them (L'Oreal and Revlon) and found three to be all right.  I can't wait to try some more.  Of course, I haven't had a chance to wear any of them to see how they last, but it can't be any worse than some of the luxury brands I've tried 🙂

@greeneyedgirl107 And my most recent pleasant Target beauty find was Pacifica Coconut Milk face wash! Smells so yummy, turns out I’m a sucker for gourmand scents (no pun intended). And the Essie fall collection shade Cargo Cameo was a lovely copper, stunning in the sunlight, also got it from Target.

As for these upcoming beauty boxes, I’ll keep an eye for some of them, but will most likely wait for them to drop in price around Black Friday / Cyber Monday.

Worth checking if they now carry some of your favorite brands not normally associated with Target. For instance, they recently started selling a few Living Proof Perfect Hair Day products. The bestseller dry shampoo is priced at $14.39 for 4 oz. – minus 20% off this week. Compare that with Sephora’s $25 price tag.
