I received my box and loved the items in it. However I did not receive the Ciate lipstick. Confused on the reveals list. Did that mean we would get either UD OR Ciaté?

Yeah and I'm bummed I wanted the Wander beauty lip product.  Also Foil Packets suck Sephora needs to step up it's game.  They aren't competitive against other ranges with this. It's like the gave up

I did that and I had to wait til the next month it's a bummer. but I haven't gotten my September box yet either but the first month you sign up I'm almost sure you don't get your first box till the month after

I didn't get this.... I'm major disappointed! I got a glitter eye shadow, moisturizer, gel mask and sephora eyeliner.... I much would of rather gotten this box.

This was my first play bag today and I'm a little disappointed in my items! I left a descriptive profile and mentioned I don't care for perfumes except Chanel no5 and received not one but two samples of perfume,also,I told them I don't wear lipstick but gloss and got a tube of red,which,I also mentioned in my profile that I only wear browns or light brown colors of gloss. l am ok with the Stila eyeliner but also told them I DO NOT touch my eyebrows and got gimme brow,REALLY Sephora?And,finally,I'm good with the conditioner,at least, willing to try it out.Glad I got my Ipsy bag today too,it was a hit all around.Sorry Sephora,but,I think it was a miss this month,willing to go another month though,hopefully next month will be better,but,God, it's a whole month away.Thats a long time to wait just to see if it's a hit or another miss again. We shall see???????

they don't read commentary in your profile.  I doubt they even bother with the simple check boxes as well, as I received 2 moisturizers for dry skin and my skin is oily
