The perfume samples are free. And you can't customize it that much. I wish you could. I would Choose no lipstick because stuff besides lipsense is bad for my lips lol.

I got the Ciate red liquid lipstick, the Sephora black eyeliner, the Deva Curl (which everyone got), the Fresh cream and the Benefit brow gel in 5. Instead of a perfume sample I got the hair oil. Here's my take: it wasn't a bad box EXCEPT for the fact that Sephora sent me a red liquid lipstick not long ago AND the same eyeliner but in deep purple. If this box is going to be somewhat customized to your profile, I suggest they paid more attention to previous sent products. Birchbox sent me the same brands over and over again but in different products and I still ended up cancelling it bc I wasn't discovering anything new. Sephora, sent me different products in different colors or just stop "customizing" your boxes and go back to your "one-fit-all" approach.

I def didn't get the deva curl. I wish I had I got bumble and bumble and cannot use it since I'm allergic to its ingredients 🙄

I signed up on 9/15 but I haven't gotten an email about my subscription... will I be getting this months box? I hope the PLAY! box is better than ipsy because I got a bunch of things there that I didn't like, only good thing was the brushes you always get

I emailed them about this, and they told me to check back the 18th.. and this morning my profile was updated with what I was getting in my box.

Omg 😲....I feel the same way. The brushes and sometimes really nice things you get to choose with your points are really good. But, that's about it.

Just received my September box yesterday and two items were missing!! Not happy at all really wanted to try the eyeliner and it was not there.
