With six shades available as samples this month we realize it’s possible that the shade you receive might not be a perfect fit, but we encourage you to give it a try and then visit your local Sephora or Sephora Inside JCPenney to get color matched with a different shade if you’d like!

How do you figure out your box number?

Log on to the web browser and go to your order and next to the picture of the playbox you’ll see the item # and it’s the last 3 numbers... which will be your variation box

Whenever a month passes and you do not receive your box call customer service. Back in Sept., I did not receive my box, she gave me a refund for that month and 200 points for not getting it. So if a month passes and you don't get your box always call customer service and they will do what they can to help out. I hope this helps.

My play box was perfect!!! My make up forever shade was a true match which is a bonus as well! (Keep in mind, when getting foundation samples, not every brand has a “true match” so they’ll send you the closest one. I CAN NOT wait to try the Becca primer, I hope it will make my face flawless in an upcoming beauty pageant! I also am excited to try the Cover FX drops to add some sparkle to the corner of my eyes and under my brows. Only complaint: perfume scent was a little strong. Great box!

Not thrilled with this month's box (I'm getting #743). The only thing I'm looking forward to is the UD face primer because I've been curious about it. I've used the Tarte face spray before and don't think it's anything special. Since I'm trying not to use brands that aren't cruelty-free, that leaves out the rest of the box.

Same! It would be wonderful if they would add a question to our profiles if we prefer cruelty free options. Especially since it’s such a wide spread preference now a days.

Everything was a win except, as with many others, a foundation colour that was at least 10 shades and cool tone colour than my own. I had to look at my shade colour on my Sephora app to make sure it did not magically adjust itself.

This was almost a perfect box, but yeah, maybe avoid foundation samples in the future. I was sent a foundation that was at least 10 shades too dark for me. How the heck am I supposed to try that out? I can't exactly go outside with orange face...

Very meh box with 2 pearly skin creams (who wants shiny skin?) , a too dark foundation and a perfume I will probably never wear. I might use the serum or powder but really doubtful. Very disappointed in my first Play box :/. And are all the bags cheap throwaways? My daughter gets such cute ipsy bags!
