With six shades available as samples this month we realize it’s possible that the shade you receive might not be a perfect fit, but we encourage you to give it a try and then visit your local Sephora or Sephora Inside JCPenney to get color matched with a different shade if you’d like!

Why would Sephora want to copy "ipsy"???

I don't think its "copying 'ipsy". The vast majority of retailers have a point system, including Sephora. Who doesn't love a sneak peek? Brands want reviews and customers want reviews. I for one would love to see a Sephora Play! review area to read reviews only for the specific items in the box to see how others are using the products. Even a 5-10 point per review would be cool and maybe the option to redeem for samples to be included in the next box. ipsy has a great model.

This month may be my last...I am a Rouge and keep getting samples of items I already have. I was hoping that we'd get samples of new releases so we could try and purchase if I like them.

ugh. fenty nars Huda and too faced all dropped new foundations of a comparable price I would have LOVED to try. I have minimum of 4 MUFE foundation samples already from you guys (and purchased a full size) between free samples with orders, point rewards, and almost two years of play. can you please do what you can with the brands to make purchases more up and coming and relevant to things I might actually be encouraged into purchasing (ex: good job with the vice liquid lip last month) because I like the "new" thing. maybe base the shades chosen on the color IQ done in store? maybe also look into my purchases and rewards history for a minute or two before you pick my box to know what I have and like? finally, a dream would be to give us our choice of at least one of the items in the bag (say choose 1 of 6 choices and if you don't pick it's at random) so we can potentially try something we really want. I think it would help us hoarders get a better value and help you improve sales.
