it sounds like you are owed a box. . .if you were charged in September and did not receive a box and then charged again around October 1st, you should probably inquire at customer service with the card charges and order numbers

You get charged but you’ll get the next bag not the current one. The same issue had happened to me.

I'm getting the same thing in my Ipsy bag this month, and I already know how great Makeup For Ever is, so I'm excited that I'll have a couple of samples to try! 🙂
