Well this was my last box! I just unsubscribed after two years. I loved the extra 50 points every month, and yes, I did use them every single month. Your company gave no warning whatsoever and I surely didn't get a survey asking if I wanted to keep the 50 points. The past two boxes have been terrible, last month's expired samples just really let me see how badly this company has gone down. Bye Sephora Play!
I'm pretty sure that if you were to ask subscribers if they would rather get the best samples from the top brands or the play card, they would pick the play card (really though, they're samples for $10 do you really need to pick between the two?). The markup is already insane for beauty items. I have been a loyal Sephora customer but with the amount of hoops we jump through to get points and good rewards, I find myself buying what I can from Ulta instead because they make it so much easier to shop and get a deal.
I would also love to know where this survey was where subscribers were asked what we prefer, points or better boxes. I sure as heck didnt get asked Anyone else? The points were one of the main reasons for me keeping the box.
Hi @RebeccaBT Can you give some facts to back up how discontinuing the 50 pt card will allow Sephora to make the box better? Will there be more expensive brands or a bigger number of samples? I’d love to see an answer with actual information vs your answer which I’m sure was given to you by Corporate that doesn’t actually say anything 😁
