November play box

I Did not receive my 50 insider points card in the November box . May I know why?

I'll just chime in to say I want the Play Pass points back.  I look forward to that little bonus each month - but I suppose I'll stop my subscription for the time being.

OMG! It makes no sense, the play pass was an incentive to later buy some of the products contained in the box.

I think this is a rather stupid decision on the part of the company. It was incentive for us to buy something and it cost the company absolutely nothing to do it.

As much as I’m in your camp of wanting the points back, I do have to challenge your point that points don’t cost them anything and they can give them away with no consequences. 1) there are administration costs associated with the points system (someone has to be managing the program and point balances from the background to make sure things are going smoothly) 2) Points accumulate and are redeemable for tangible items ($ gift certificates, samples, experiences). Those items do cost the company - both from a supply-chain and human resource perspective. So, points do cost the company money and time. To what extent they’re saving money by eliminating this is something we’ll never know. But I hope they’ve done their due diligence and we here on the forums are just the vocal minority. Only they’ll know with the KPIs for the Play Program. I’ve cancelled my subscription. That’s the only way I know for sure they’ll “hear” me. Lamenting on the forums? I don’t think it does as much as we hope it does.
