Hey - is the screenshot your March box? It doesn't seem to have any of the three items they say we are going to get (NARS, Supergoop, or It cosmetics). I think there is something up with that....
We must have a lot in common- bc SAME HERE! I got the exact box, showing what I was supposed to receive and got the 3 alternate items, all of which I'd gotten before from 2018. Are they just trying to get rid of all old samples 😞
the same happened to me and I had almost bought the blur stick but then I saw that I was going to get it in my play box I didn't purchase and now I don't have it 😞
The same happened to me. I called Sephora and they were more than happy to help me☺I think you need to try giving them a call..I hope that helps☺!
That happens to me, they say I'm getting this & that & end up getting 2 of what I'm supposed to get. I want the "it anything but I'll probably wont get it & get some red red lipstick that I'll never use, please no sunscreen ugh, get it together sephora or ur going to lose alot of customers, like for real.
no they won't, everyone loves red lipstick and sunscreen.
This happened to me too!! They told me this was always the case which is BULLSH*T, I had to fight to get a refund and then they wouldn’t even send me the box I was supposed to get. If I’m unhappy with this next box I’m canceling.
Same! I was not happy at all! I thought I was the only one bit looks like it’s happening to a bunch of people. I already get Ipsy which I love and used to gets birchbox, but started getting Sephora about a year ago and I’m highly considering going back to Birbox now and cancelling my Sephora.
It seems this literally happened to everyone in February. Every comment I read said they were getting box A. I also was told I was getting box A in my email, but my item number said box B and that’s what I got. It was just a technical error on Sephora’s part according to the customer service rep I spoke to.
I don't agree. The never say you "could"be getting this or that. Allure box actually does it.
Sephora sends you an email showing you what WILL be in your box. And then you get excited about a product and then it's not what you receive. It is frustrating and I agree, it's been happening with me too for the past 3 months or so.
If they can't figure out a way to show you YOUR box, then they should not show anything. Or maybe only show what they know will be in every box. It's not that complicated.
I will probably cancel it because I see what someone else is getting (which is actually what I need or want) and I'm not. I'm stuck with other things I don't want or need. I get that the subscription is supposed to be a surprise. But then you need to make it a positive surprise, not a negative one.
