Anyone else keep getting the worst possible color lipsticks? Mine make me look dead or like a decidedly less pretty 90s Drew Barrymore. Brown-grey-mauve in various hues is all I'm getting. Blech. Also too pale for the foundation they sent last time and whyyy perfume samples? Those are free in most department stores! Definitely cancelling.
Ahaha! Yes! I keep getting matte maybe lip glosses. Seriously I have like 5 of them now.

Mine finally updated and i now at least know my order is being shipped to me. Try checking again today!! I’ve been waiting since the 12th lol.
I see a lot of individuals with the same problem as I. This is a new subscription for me too as well and I already am having a bad experience. I have Boxycharm and Ipsy and they are on point when it comes to notifying customers about the status of there products. I received an email on June 15 letting me know my products have been shipped and that there is a tracking number that I can look back on. It is now June 20th, and the reason I am a concerned customer is that UPS tracking website still remains as "order processed: Ready for UPS." Is this the norm for customers, when it comes to shipping and handling process being so slow? or am I being billed for imaginary products? please, someone, help a sister out and get to the bottom of this.
Yes they always take the money way in advance, then send an email that it’s on its way, and then it takes another 10+ days to arrive. I’ve learned to ignore the shipping email.
This was my first box so I was very anxious to see what I would be getting (I'm terrible with surprises lol) and it looked like the Too Faced liquid lipstick and the Clineque makeup remover would be in all boxes. It's shade Queen B and it's a very nice color! I'm actually wearing it now 🙂 But, it smells pretty gross... Not on the lips but in the bottle so be forewarned!
