Have tried to message you multiple times and for whatever reason I can’t. But would really like some help understanding what’s going on!!
First month subscribing to play! ...and already I’m extremely unhappy just with the entire process, not to mention the box I’m getting (am excited to try the mascara I got though). Received an email on the 15th saying my box shipped, however ups claims they do not have my shipment?? (It says my tracking number is invalid). Really upset about this. I should be able to make sure my package is at least coming to me! If this happens again, I’m probably cancelling. It just makes me very nervous.
I would cancel now. I keep getting repeats and hair products I can’t use, tiny perfume samples, and foundation samples that aren’t my color.

You should quit if you have a bad feeling already. Samples are overrated and overpriced.
Disappointed that I didn’t get a box either either the tatcha, bum bum cream or living proofs. I use tatcha and have not tried this product yet. I’ve also really been wanting to try the bum bum cream and living proof brand. Fingers crossed for next month.
Getting a Play! Box has been extremely helpful in emboldening me to try new things, however, I've been disappointed as of late in the repetition of sample content. My version of June's box will contain all brands I've already been introduced to, and a few items that are identical repeats from boxes in the last 8-10 months.
I would love to have the boxes showcase more all-natural products and less perfume samples. They're easy to add, but also a throw-away item most of the time.
So this is going to sound really lame... but how do you know which box you are getting? I've looked at my email, I've looked at my order, and nowhere do I see a box number... Help?
You can view the box number by finding the order in the order summary tab, find the order number and it will be the last 3 digits. If you need additional assistance with this, please let me know!
This same thing happened to me! Mine said it shipped on the 13th and still no tracking! I was also supposed to get #389 and for awhile it was showing the contents of another box and I was happy I wasn't getting #389. Now when I go to the Sephora play site it says I'm still getting #389 :(. I cancelled, there is nothing in this box that I don't already have or that I want.
I am having the same issue! This is going to be my first box I have been pretty excited and anxious waiting on it. It said it went out on Friday now I just checked and it updated with estimated delivery of Monday the 25th. A whole 10 days after it claimed it was shipped....a little disappointed in this. I'm going to hold out and see how it goes. This is my first box and I'm already upset also at the fact that it was in MD and went to New Jersey when I live in VA...not sure why it has to go from MD to NJ to who knows where just to come back through MD to get to VA????
Thank you for your patience, it can take a few business days to see that the order has progressed with UPS. You will then see additional scans with UPS.
