Hey Love 💖 I’m Sorry You Didn’t Like Yours . I Loved The Belif Aqua Bomb , The Kush Mascara & The Too Faced Lippie . The Clinique Cleanser Was Sortve Cliché To Me Though . Sounds as if you liked your products! That is awesome and I hope you continue to get things you like! Can't say if it will always be like that, but I hope so! I tend to get foundations...which I don't use...and hair products that won't work on curly hair.This past month, my email alert said I would be getting what sounds like your bix and I LOVE the Kush mascara, but that's not what came. Anyhow,  hope it works out for you! I am giving it one more month. Then parting ways.

Got an email telling me this was in my box. Box finally arrived almost 10 days after shipping notification, with over half the items different. Only my second box, is this typical?

I never get what is in my email. I have called so many times and they say well I'm sorry nothing I can do. Well in giving it a few more months then I'm done bc they dont replace what is broke r what is wrong. Also one girl told me they dont go by our profiles. Also some months it is old stuff , it looks like they just put some stuff together bc they ran out. I spend so much there and dont get anything back . You would think they would see what we buy and go by something. But I'm done talking about it thanks for letting me vent 🙂

Thanks everyone. I was a bit bummed because I loved everything in this box shown (I got to this photo by clicking the email link to my account). Still a couple things I will get use out of in the one I got. How does the last 3 digits work? Is there a key somewhere to determine which you're getting?

I got that box! You have to check the last three numbers in your order to be sure. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I have reached out to Sephora for this exact same thing. The box you see you is the generic one. You have to click into your app to see wat is exactly in your box. I’m upset as well because I wanted the milk mascara and got a brand I already have. No Sephora will not send you the correct sample , I asked

I didn’t receive #1, 4, and 5. I got two generic type perfume samples and a very small mask sample. Not certain what happened this month since my orders are typically spot on. Hopefully either I will receive a replacement of the true June box or at least an explanation as to the reasoning behind this mix up. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide.

me too amd U am pretty upset because I wanted the milk mascara.. whem i seen it was diffrent then what was posted in spolier1 groups for my box number i eas upset then just delt with it because both pictured the milk kush mascara boc came and it was not there at all with diffrent products period, tgus has never happen!!!

This happened to me as well. I got the spoiler email and it said I was getting that same box but got the box and it was completely different. This is the first time that this has happened to me.

happy to see this month box...but got the similar kind of products too like foundations last month and this month too, dry shampoo lip gloss etc.... i would highly appreciate if Sephora team could work on their box customization with variety of products for their Insiders/members.

will share the true feedback after using the products for a while... loved the last products in the last month's box too...already bought a full size product from last month's box 🙂

Got my box today and i'm so happy and relieved! I am recovering from pinkeye and glad that there was no eye makeup. The primer and foundation will detract from the eyes for a week or two.
