Benefit is recalling the Gimme Brow Eyebrow Gel that we received in the September Play Box. Should we be concerned if we used it? Is the mini that we received included in the recall?
Eek! Thank you for the post. Another reason to avoid benefit. I had my niece throw hers out.
They also recently did a collab with Jeffree Star, who is a known racist.
They test on animals. I never buy their stuff but it sometimes ends up in the play box I get my niece. Luckily this got her to want to end it so instead she will get to order products from companies we trust.
Fyi - I emailed Sephora and they responded very quickly and fairly resolved.

I got a gimme brow a few months back from an ulta set. How do I find out if its affected?

Also, on that thread, lots of talk of pink eye. Might wanna make sure you return those- even Minis and deluxe samples!!!

Will we be receiving a replacement item if we received this product in our box? Very disappointed that I now cannot use one of the items I paid for. "Please discontinue use" is not really an adequate answer, Sephora
Since they didn't address it in their message, I asked about it via the customer service chat and they were able to help me out. I would recommend doing the same! They were very helpful.
