UPDATE: CANCELLING..... I Hate these hair products that are NOT meant for 4c hair..... not once have I gotten a hair product I can actually use..... people got glam glow and I got UD mascara for the 3rd time...... NEXT! I’m sorry but I already told myself if it I don’t like the items in the box or get things that aren’t useable to my skin color or hair type, I will be canceling. I better. Or get that brow pencil..... it is NOT universal for us darker skin beauties..... just because it says universal doesn’t mean it is. Secondly, I keeps getting hair products that are not suitable for my hair type. I’m BLACK.... my hair isextremely curly, coils, and kinky..... therefore a oui wave spray is NOT useable for me. I’m not going to keep spending $11 to get items to give to my friends because it’s not even useable for people that look like me.

Agreed! Not only does the shampoo and conditioner suck but for people with a lot of thick hair, the amount given in these samples won’t cover half of my hair!

I have the same issue. I'm a very fair skinned beauty. Taupe looks way to dark on me, I look scary!! Also i have curly kinky hair as well and get products not suited for  me:(  what am i supposed to do with all these products that i have no use for?

Hey girl, I sell my products I don’t use on Mercari it’s a selling app a lot of people do this and make twice the money back. So the products you do use and the ones you don’t sell there. Hope this helps.

If I get one more mascara, I might actually cry enough to use them all up.  Good heavens, enough already.  I have so many items that have been the same - eye makeup remover, mascara, hair masks and highlighters - I think we are about done with Play!  We shall see what happens this month.... but really thinking its time to break up.

Thats my holy grail mascara so I wouldn’t be too upset if I received it. However IT brow product sucks and Glamglow always breaks me out 🙃

I love trying new makeup so, unlike some of the people commenting, I DO like to get mascara.  However, it would be better to get new ones rather than repeats.  Creams and such do not contain enough product to truly see if would use them on a regular basis so these are a waste for me.  Also, eyeliner DOES come in colors other than black!

How many mascaras are you all gonna give us.  these repeats are getting to be a bit much if you ask me.  Mix it up and give us variety not the same thing every month: Mascara, face lotion, brow gel.

I won't continue to pay for repeat items. Sephora brand items and brand name items available in the rewards bazaar are not worth it. With the ten dollars I spend on this box I could purchase a sample/ travel size of a single thing that actually interests me. Onward I go to Birchbox, where I can control the customization of my box. Sephora play has turned into a joke, and I am not going to pay $10 a month just to laugh along.

If I get another mascara, I swear...

For the past 6 months I’ve been saying, “I’ll give it another month,” because it keeps getting more and more disappointing. I’m serious this time. Items seem to be getting smaller and smaller, not to mention repetitive (like the mascara I’ve gotten twice now—same exact product I received several months back). We deserve better. Period.
