best concealer for me?

i have oily skin and i want a lightweight, medium coverage concealer that has a natural, matte finish and is long lasting. makeup also easily comes off of my skin so i would also appreciate tips for a successful, long lasting makeup routine. can anyone give me some recommendations please??
