Primer suggestions

Can anyone recommend good primers? I have really oily skin with large pores but I’m not necessarily looking for a primer that leaves a matte finish since my foundation is already matte. I’ve used the photo finish and have recently used the milk hydro grip which like that is tacky but I just don’t see that my foundation stays.

I stand by this choice and always recommend to anyone who asks, you will not regret it. A total game changer for me! The Makeup forever step 1: mattifying primer!! Please try this! But if you use it under your foundation, don’t spray any setting spray on top of your finished makeup, it will work against the primer itself and separate your makeup.

@MBolanos96  Check out Tatcha The Silk Canvas Protective Primer 0.7 oz/ 20 g It has great staying power. They also make a liquid version Tatcha The Liquid Silk Canvas: Featherweight Protective Primer 1.0 oz / 30 mL  if the “putty” one is too heavy for your skin. I prefer the liquid one in the winter and the putty in the summer.

I have a very oily t-zone and I have to double set my makeup in my t-zone with a spray then a powder to make it last all day.

I'm personally a fan of Too Faced Hangover Replenishing Face Primer 1.35 oz/ 40 mL, my skin can be very problematic (acne prone, oily etc) and I really like this one. It goes on smoothly, doesn't pill, hydrates my skin without it being greasy. Overall a really good primer whether summer or winter. I've used it over a year now, no complaints.
