For several years I've been using Clinique's 3-step program CLINIQUE 3-Step Introductory Kit For Oilier Skins . I added the CLINIQUE Dramatically Different Hydrating Jelly for daytime moisturizer about 2 years ago.
Mornings:
I use the Dermalogica Mini Daily Microfoliant Exfoliator 0.45 oz/ 13 g in the mornings (daily, haven't noticed that my skin behaves differently but my makeup sure shows the difference). To save time, I mix it in w/ my daily Clinique cleanser. Toner, then the Jelly. Eye cream noted below
Evenings:
Cleanse + Toner OR 2x/week will be Cleanse + Mask + Toner
MASK: Usually a clay-based one, may or may not have charcoal in it. If my skin is being bratty, I'll use the The Ordinary Salicylic Acid 2% Masque .
SERUM: Follow that up with The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrating Serum
TREAT: For spot-acne I'll use Pacifica's Dry It Out & sometimes either Pacifica's spot/dot or Peach Slices' Acne Dots (I think the latter works a bit better, is cheaper & it's not rainbow-hued so I can step out to grab take-out & not look like a dang fool).
OIL: if I masked I'll also use The Ordinary 100% Organic Cold-Pressed Rose Hip Seed Oil 1 oz/ 30 mL after the HA & treatment.
MOISTURIZE: Clinique Gel
For under-eyes, I do like the CLINIQUE All About Eyes Eye Cream with Vitamin C although for daytime I felt like my makeup was sliding a bit + not super-effective for my circles. I've been using OLEHENRIKSEN Banana Bright+ Vitamin C Eye Crème for Dark Circles 0.5 oz / 15 mL for about a month, been pretty happy. Good for mornings, not sure about evening.
I don't use sunscreen (bad, I know) but recently have been reading of ones that don't worsen oil. Otherwise I'll use a primer or foundation w/ SPF. I don't deal w/ sun much in my daily life, so thus far seems to be doing ok since I'm almost 49 & no spots. If I know I'm going out in the sun, then I just use a face-sunscreen & not bother with any makeup other than lip, watrproof eye pencil & wtrproof mascara.
Primer: I'm still hunting for my holy grail. Revlon's PhotoReady Prime Plus Mattifying works well, NYX Plump It Up works well. I'm trying the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer again along w/ first-time Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Mini Pro Filt'r Mattifying Primer 0.5 oz/ 15 mL . I hate the prices for both, but if they work, I'm at the point in life I'll use those on the days I need it to last allll day &/or I need to look *good* for work or fun.
I tried Urban Decay's All-Nighter - ugh. Pilled in my pores or makeup slid, I can't remember, I just know I was glad I could return it.
Setting spray: also hunting for my Grail. I like Milani Make It Last & NYX Matte setting seems good. Trying MAC & POREfessional setting sprays... too soon to tell.
Foundation: Honestly, I've had the best luck with Too Faced Born This Way Soft Matte Foundation but then again, I have had a life-long HELL trying to find a foundation that is light color enough + undertone. I also like Tarte Face Tape, but I don't think it does as good a job w/ mattifying as TooFaced. For cheaper options, CoverGirl TruBlend Matte foundation & L'Oreal Infallible; but both of those you have to look online for the undertone guide vs TF & Tarte both clearly label undertone.
Concealer: I haven't had much problem WRT oily skin, my problem is undertone (just realized this in past 6 months) & coverage for genetic+no-sleep dark circles. I use NYX Can'tStopWon'tStop or Tarte Shape Tape, depending on how I feel that day.
Hope this novella helps! ^_^
