Oily T-Zone/Rosacea on Cheeks- IN SEARCH OF PRIMER

I'm looking for a good primer (or multiple primers if necessary), to keep my t-zone matte during the day. I won't be using it all over my whole face because my cheeks get dry with rosacea. After I prime, I use one of these 3 foundations- 1) Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk 2) Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation or 3) Makeup Forever Ultra HD Foundation. I then use these setting powders- either 1) Cover FX Perfect Setting Powder or 2) Laura Mercier Translucent Powder. These are the primers listed below that I have used and tried and still experience oiliness throughout the day. Thanks in advance! You can try the Murad Oil-Control Mattifier or the Makeup Forever step 1

I use Hourglass veil as a primer but just recently started trying Dr. Brandt, good for covering up the pores. I'm thinking the Dr. Brandt one will be better in the summer due to sweating. Since you haven't tried the Dr. Brandt primer I would recommend that one.

I would encourage you to use your Rosacea cream/moisturizer before you primer. Yes, prime all over your face over whatever you use for the Rosacea. Unless you don't put make-up on that spot then of course you can leave it out.
