Sephora Canada Site Product Update Thread

Hello Canadian BTers!

I'm starting this new thread to act as the official update location of new launches, LE products, and brands that are on coming to the US site but may be launching (and returning) to Sephora's Canadian site at a different time. There are a lot of changes happening in real time over here, and in the spirit of communication, this thread is to keep our BTers abreast of the information we have. This is not going to be everything, and could also be subject to change (and hopefully we won't need this thread forever), but we are working with the Canadian team to get as much information for you as we can.

That being said, we will only be using this thread to speak to dates and info about big upcoming launches, LE products, and brands that are on the US site and are coming to the Sephora.ca site. If you have a question about any of these things, drop it here, and we will do our best to track down the answer for you.

I realize that you guys are feeling all of the feelings right now about the new warehouse move, but this thread is not a venting loop, nor is it a thread to deal with customer service issues (as I don't have any access to our order systems). We've got quite a few of those on the community already (for totes good reason), but I'd like to keep this specific thread informational, if possible.

Kat Von D 5th Anniversary Tattoo liner - July 9 (will post time when I have it) Early am PT, around 9 am.

Urban Decay Naked Smokey Palette - Will launch at the same time as the US site, July 12

Bite Limited Edition Lip Lab 007 - July 15 at 9 am PT

• Bite Maple Collection - July 16 at 9 am PT - This is a different date then the brand gave on their Instagram, so FYI!!
• Too Faced Sugar Pop Palette - End of July, around 7/27
• KVD New Liquid Lipsticks - Potentially same date as US (July 14), but could be a day or two later. Will have more info the week of the 13th.  These will be available by this Thursday 7/16 as well as some of the new Metal Crush eyeshadows. 

• JEM (I know, I'm waiting with baited breath for this one too) - Tracking this one down after a special request from fellow Jem lover veronika23. The team is on it.

KVD

• Studded Lip - 6 of the shades should go live at the same time as the US (around August 11), but 3 of the shades will go live later in August (Halo, Mercy, Solo) 
• Metal Crush Eyeshadows - confirming

As far as i know it hasnt gone live for us yet..only reason im waiting on sephora is to use my code..otherwise if it expires by the time it goes up then im going to purchase from either sdm or bay..

Do you know when abouts it will be released in SDM or The Bay? I thought maybe I could use my VIB coupon in November for the Meteorites but maybe I will get is at SDM and get optimum points lol. Decisions, decisions...

When I want to the Bay Guerlain counter a couple of weeks ago the guy told me Nov 1... so I'm hoping at least I'll have a shot at them through there. They'll put them up online too, I know they did last year

Okay cool so maybe they will just have them online at TheBay. They have awesome coupon codes and GWP's so it seems better than Sephora at times!

i guess ill purchase from thebay too for the meteorites..i like that they have mac now so atleast i can use codes for those too which you can never in store. I think the moment i stop waiting for the meteorites at sephora thats when they will go up n go oos super fast then ill feel stupid for not checking. But you are right waiting around...its just such a buzz kill..to a point i may not even want certain things anymore..

Waiting for things on Sephora Canada to be released has become...sad. The YSL Rouge Exclusive is still OOS and I don't believe it was ever released on the .ca website even though last I heard was "soon". No word on the Guerlain meteorites yet. I really appreciate the hard work put into finding out these answers of when stock will become available, but I'm losing interest TBH because so many items' release dates are still unknown....or completely passed even though we haven't gotten an answer.

Yes that's so true! It does make one lose interest because at first you're pumped and then it hits you that you may never find that certain item you want!!

Totally agree! Can't believe the meteorites have been restocked twice already and we still haven't gotten them!!

Seriously if they go up after the 28th (ff code expires) ill be upset but if they go live after the 31st (shakeup code expires) ill be realllly pissed..Im extra grouchy today coz i really thought guerlain stuff would be up atleast by now..and the tarte blush set is oos. GRR. 

Edit: also we all what type of drama unleashes during the vib sale with sites crashing or orders being cancelled to being blocked out your account. I would like to avoid all that and come nov ill be going in store just for the basics since obviously the good holiday stuff wont really be instock.

I haven't been very happy at all either between reading rumours on how there might be no VIB sale due to the epic reward epic return catastrophe.  We Canadians always get the short end of the stick. No selection or slim pickings really not fair. First time I became VIB and added holiday goodies to my cart only to see them all disappear or gone within the blink of an eye. I really want to take part in the VIB sale and all I know is its sometime in November normally and I still have to pick up my welcome kit in store. I hope I end up with something at least 😞

Oh there will be a sale for sure just no confirm dates..and you may want to try in store for something you really want ..try calling and having it put on hold..thats what ill have to do if i miss out on what i want online.

I know what you mean. Im debating if I should purchase what I really want now or wait for the F&F sale. The Sephora Lip set is already sold out online. I don't want to wait to have everything in my cart to be out of stock too...Grrrr......
