how to makeup to match my peacock green dress?

the peacock green is beautiful color, but putting it on is not easy to choose a set of eye shadows and lipsticks. I don't like to put any green or blue on my eyes. anyone has any tips to help me choose the right tone for my makeup.

@Christinahui I agree with @JRez: if you don't want to match your eyes to the greens and blues in the dress, the purples would be a great alternative. Additionally, this would contrast attractively with the green base, since purple and green are triadic colors. In the same theme, a berry lipstick would go nicely.

@Christinahui you can always choose brown, gold, copper eyeshadow colors to go with the dress. Even pink and purples would work.

Instead of matching to the greens and blues, I'd suggest trying to match to the pinky purples in the dress and keeping it simple. Maybe some black winged liner, fresh glowy skin, and a pinky nude lip. The dress is super cool so you don't want your makeup to be competing with it! Or you could go with using JLo's 2000s grammy look as inspo!

@Christinahui I’d go with soft matte browns on the eyes and a peachy nude lip. You can also do a coral lip if you wanted something a bit bolder. Here are a couple of looks I’ve done that I’d pair with a dress like that.
