@Ispend2much6 I hear you. And I have such a time with muted shades! Lucky you! It’s tough to go back from wearing the more vivid ones!  My lips are so pale and I just look ghastly if too pale. Show us if you get any!!😘

Top to bottom- Dior 851,863, Sisley 42,43

Some reds from new Dior and Sisley plus new BB camo - it’s very pretty! Feel like all shades wearable with no duds plus the highlighting powder doesn’t seem too over the top which I worried about. The camo green shade center right side is def the star of this guy I think! Muted it with cool grey over. Very nice! The Dior lips are great. Smooth yet light satiny matte. Good coverage. Usual good range of shades. Sisley is very good for more “mature lips” (that be me!) needing the treatment built it plus quite long lasting. Tho pricey. Rationalizing bec of treatment 😳☺️Stop the madness I can’t take it!

@Sunnysmom, NICE lipstick swatches! If those are good for mature lips , count me in . The second one from the top reminds me of Besame Tango Red . I love lipstick that doesn’t accentuate lip lines . You’re the BEST for taking the time for swatching to share with us . I’ll have to check these out . I’m willing to pay for good lipsticks since all I wear is lipstick, eyeliner and mascara. My skin hates foundation. Very sensitive. I’m off to shop on the Sephora site and check em out . Thanks again 🤗

Some warmer shades in this mix so tagging @LipFeind. Last group from my late night insanity! Lol. Top to bottom - new TFord Stiletto , Guerlain red case LE 325 red kisses, new GArmani mattes 201, GA matte 403, new Shiseido Hyper Red, Shiseido gel Sleeping Dragon. 

Shiseido are def warmer so not my thing but know u prob will love. GA 201 neutral tho warmer red and Guerlain is also neutral tho warmer leaning red on me. Very light and glossy almost. GA are most matte and seem dryer tho pretty on. Least favorite. Shiseido as we said is amazing texture etc , gel is crazy easy. Not sure how it wears. TF is my definite favorite of this batch as a super comfy satin matte muted gorgeous red.

My Shiseido Modernmatte and Visionairy swatches . Shiseido colors on top . Besame colors that are close dupes on bottom . I smeared each swatch on the bottom to show the undertones . This also shows what color they fade to . Hope these help anyone out there . Top Row L-R Modernmatte Nightlife-Visionairy Shizuka Red -Modernmatte Hyper Red Modernmatte Exotic Red / Bottom Row L-R Besame Tango Red -Besame Chocolate Kiss - Besame Red Hot Red -Besame Cherry Red .

@Sunnysmom , Thank you SO MUCH for these swatches !!!! The GA 403 ( 4th down from top ) looks like my kind of color ! How GORGEOUS they all are . I received my Sephora order today . The Visionairy Gel in Shizuka Red pulls mainly brown on me . It’s a flattering color for me , but I’d love it if it were a touch more red . The Visionairy formula is my new FAVORITE tho ! SO comfy , doesn’t accentuate lip lines , and stays on well . @MissPuff was right in her formula description ( thank you 😊) . Dinner of course made it come off , but I’m a sloppy eater . The Modernmattes I got were Nightlife ( Too orangy/peachy on me . Very similar to Besame Tango Red ) . Hyper Red ( Too pinky on me and similar to Besame Red Hot Red , but mixes well with Shizuka Red to make more wearable for me ). Both are very bright . I will post my swatch pics tomorrow with dupes under them . That way people can compare them to others they may have . Thanks again Sunnysmom ! You’ve been so incredibly helpful to me . I appreciate it more than you’ll ever know . Huge hugs 🤗

Hmm I dunno @LipFeind maybe u will think this is too brick and not bright red enough. Nevertheless here it is. Good one in any event and I am not usually a fan of brick leaning reds. This one I am! 😊 XO Shiseido Nocturnal

@Sunnysmom , How do you feel the color of Mellow Drama and Sleeping Dragon compare to Nocturnal? The more I look at Sleeping Dragon next to Hyper Red on your arm , the more it looks suitable for me . Unless it’s as dark as Nocturnal. Then we are talking Putple Lips City , population 1 😂😂😂. IM OBSESSED with getting a Visionairy gel in a color that suits me . That formula ❤️

Ok @LipFeind so here is Sleeping Dragon on right, long view with Mellow Drama top left of it and Nocturnal below it. Mellow Drama is def bluer red, Nocturnal is closest to Sleeping Dragon in tone imho. I love MD as is deeper red on me but wonder if too blue or purple on you. Did you say u got it too? Have to read your posts again. 🙂 Nocturnal may be that mix of browny red you need if it doesn’t turn on you! Worth a shot!! Or sounds like you mix shades too which I also do. Someone told me to never mix more than 2 or def gets too muddy. Hate that too! Do you think VisionAiry formula lasts long ? I didn’t find that it did but could just be me as I drink a bunch of coffee and water all day it seems! And I haven’t found my perfect red in that formula  either as most seem too orangey. We r never happy right?! That is one thing tho that I recall from their last lip formula that it seemed to have lots of orange based reds. 

PS I do love Besame reds! Have several so thanks for good reminder to revisit them!

@Sunnysmom, I forgot to answer your question about whether Visionairy Lipstick lasts a long time . YES ! For me , it lasts better than any lipstick I've tried , that's why I'm obsessed now . MUST HAVE the right color for me . I'm tempted too order every color til I find one that works l I wore one application for 6 solid hours and it still looked and felt the same as when I'd applied it . It feels like nothing on my lips too . I drank lots of water during the 6 hours. Eating took it right off . But I eat greasy food a lot 😊

@LipFeind greasy food that’s funny. Love it. Yea that’s amazing! As the color isn’t right for me I can’t tell how they are and I just didn’t see a red I loved. May give it another look. So glad you do tho! I do love the matte version, however I know it doesn’t have the same feel. You will find the right one I hope! Let me know! I’m going to look again tomorrow too as I believe Nordstrom is releasing them then. 😊

@Sunnysmom , THANK YOU ! That sleeping dragon looks quite nice ! I see a touch of wine in all three of those tho . I have Ginza Red and Sleeping Dragon in my shopping bag right now . Just trying to decide whether to hit the checkout button 😂. I’ll definitely be returning the Modernmattes in Hyper Red and Nightlife darn it . I’m in a crappy service area for awhile, so my replies will be hit or miss . I wanna take advantage of my 15% off , but I’m trying to order fast so I’ll get it all Monday 😂. So many choices 😊
