Yep! Jane would probably be close as well! Didn't swatch it since I was only looking at my liquid lipsticks but It's definitely in the same colour family.

It's not sticky in a lipgloss kind of way, but when I press my lips together I can feel the product sort of grasping itself on the opposite lip and then pulling away.

I'm going to try it with 2 layers tomorrow (which is supposedly how it's recommended) but so far, I'm not a fan.

I thought I'm crazy. 🙂 lol. I only bought 601 due to everything else is OOS. I'm not a fan either. I think Nars lip glide is way nicer. The color does look nice on you @Mochapj I don't even think I like the color on me. Oh well!

Just tried it on and totally know what you mean now @mochapj 

this stuff is so watery and thin, it almost feels like there's a heavy alcohol content which contributes to the dryness. When it does dry, it does have that tackiness and feels more like a lip stain. It gives my lips a sort of shrink wrap feeling...and I CAN tolerate dryness on my lips as a regular liquid lipstick wearer. 

I agree that I probably won't be buying more!

Also: they emphasized any flakies on my lips that most liquid lipsticks and regular lipsticks would not

Does anyone have the new Chanel summer quad empriente du desert..I would like to see the green shade and nars pasiphae swatched if anyone has both please..Pasiphae looks amazing when swatched but not so hot on the lids on its own..I am hoping the chanel is not so dark based and more vibrant.

I know @meganlisa has this I just saw the review 🙂 are you able to help with this? btw good trade 😉

I don't have Pasiphae but here is the Chanel (gorgeous on, the green is subtle).  Great trade!  I was lucky.

Let me know if you want other photos.  I'm not near my computer most of today but can take more early evening (it will still be light out).

@meganlisa sure thing! Did you find any creasing with this formula or shadows? oh oh and how do you compare it to TF honeymoon ( golden shades) or last dance minus blue ofcourse. I feel like I have seen these colors somewhere already. Regardless its still too pretty to pass I think 😉

Honeymoon is warmer, on me.  Last dance less bronze.  The colors in this palette are absolutely dupable.  But the finish truly is beautiful. Like a more finely milled and smoother UD moondust (so less glittery but that same sun hitting water look).  It's a totally wearable and easy to use palette.  Running late, took me a minute to do my eye makeup this morning with the Chanel.

No creasing on me; but I have dry skin so creasing isn't often a big problem for me.

The Chanel formula is closer to honeymoon than last dance; lighter, with a special wet sheen.

Last dance looks muddy next to it.  The greens are totally different.  Indeed, all of the shades are pretty different.

@meganlisa you are awesome! Thank u thank u for these..now I can see how nice that green is from chanel quad 🙂 and so I need it in my life..on sunday it shall be mine! I can see that the finish is closer to honeymoon but I get the feeling chanel may be easier to work with..I may pick up the liner in oasis to pair with the green as well.. did you pick up anything from the rest of the collection or plan to?
