alright, here it is. use this thread to request swatches. the guidelines are up to you and your needs: single swatches, comparison swatches, specific skin tone swatches

@meganlisayou look beautiful! I love the fresh, easy natural glow you have. So pretty and those eyeballs sheesh lol! 👍🏻Great shadow and lip combo. These lip colors are so interesting to me bec they look so so different on everyone too- not always so great on me tho when I go excitedly to see them! Ha. Super flattering lip color on you I think! Do you feel they wear pretty well and evenly? So far I have 402,403,600 and 602 and all are a bit different in that regard. The ones with more pink base leave quite the stain behind! Looks great even the next morning! ☺️

@Sunnysmom Thanks!  I was playing around with some shiny makeup and then decided to take a photo.  I wear almost no face coverage most of the time.

505 doesn't stain at all on me.  I also have 506, 507 and 600 but haven't yet tried any of those.  Pick a shade and I'll try it today.  Unusual for me, but I haven't opened basically any of my new makeup!  505 wears evenly on me.  It doesn't wear like a liquid lipstick (which don't always wear as evenly on me) but better than a regular lipstick.  It also doesn't look dry.  But this one is the one that got me to order the others so let me try another shade today.  Pick a shade...and I'll get back to you.

@meganlisa I hear you. I never wear coverage either except tiniest of spf moisturizer for our weather! I just don't love the look besides letting your skin show through but that's just me. 🙂 And I'm in same boat, haven't even opened all of my goodies either! Kind of like presents. Oopsie daisies. Show us 600! ☺️Curious how it translates on you, one of my favorites even tho I'm a red and dark toned lip family girl! Liquids usually too dry on me tho I did try Huda this week and colors are v pretty and not too dry either which was a pleasant surprise! Am experimenting with balm and sheer lip under and over too. So far very nice! You try em or anyone else?!

@Sunnysmom I ordered one of the huda's but haven't opened it.  Which did you get?  Do you like it?  I'll do 600 today and post something here.  Right now dealing with kids (no school today) but will get to it.

I think I probably over-ordered given that I'm not even opening stuff at this point.  Shame on me!

@meganlisa Oh fun! Yes right right forgot schools out no worries at all just sometime for fun show us if you are in the mood. I can't seem to take a decent darn pic to save my soul- glasses or something not helping. 😖I got Huda cheerleader, famous and heartbreaker and trying not to love them all but as in GA always the subtleties. Grr. I feel you on the purchases. It really has to stop and should be enough but always the temptations! I tell myself I don't have many other vices so...?!! And I kind of rediscovered my like for CTilbury shadows too. Super. Silky, easy and stay on so then there's that!! 🙄

I need to stop though, as well.  At least the 20% is over and calling to get it to work on the OOS stuff is too much work.  As if I need it!

@meganlisa Oops and re Huda will let you once I play with them as mentioned before. Seem to go ok quite evenly and not too dry tho I don't know if I'll really reach for them daily! Keep you posted! Xx

@meganlisa I didn't have much either. Originally bought The Sophisticate eye quad ( great every day wearable warmer) then added Rock Chick( greyer) then The Uptown (more taupe) ! Good grief. I use either a Burberry or Nars shadow stick as a base color and it really locks it for all day on but very softly and smoothly.

I do have a few of the lip colors in red and berries and the new holiday noir also which I think is the best of the bunch for applying smoothly and lasting. Someone else on this thread loved noir too I think so sorry I can't recall who, forgive!  Not as thrilled with the newer mattes tho colors lovey. I also have the Legendary mascara and rock chick kohl pencil which are ok but not my favorites. Don't get me started on finding mascara. Ugg. Any suggestions there most welcome!! Tho I know such a personal thing! You may love the CT shadows as you love TF and EL VB! Better try em. 🤔☺️

@Sunnysmom I am shopped out!!!  No more for me.  For a bit at least.  But I'm really curious about the CT shadows.  I always seem to buy something else instead.  Thanks for giving me some insight.  Soon!

Thank you for these swatches! I am so glad I was able to pick up 601 over the weekend online. I got it without seeing your swatches and I'm happy with the decision I made! 507 is on my list as well, will have to get it when it comes back in stock.

i didn't take pictures but I also swatched some of the (older) maestro matte and the other long wear gloss (can't remember the name). I forgot how lovely they are! I still had some swatch remnants after washing my hands at least 10 times. 

This release has rekindled my love of Armani.

@lipstick4soul, the stain was INSANE!

I scrubbed my arm that night with a mix of Dr. Bronner's and fractioned coconut oil and it barely made a difference. 

I ended up going to SiJcP the next day with my arm still stained from the night before

507 was my favourite..So many like minded ladies here.

I'd greatly appreciate if any and all of you ladies could alert me to your thoughts/reviews when you compose them. I didn't pick any up during the sale but feel like I'll regret that decision the more I read reviews. Hoping 507 will be around for the discount in December.
