Simple makeup routine for a beginner

Hi everybody! I have recently joined the community and am looking for a simple makeup routine for a beginner. I have never had/used any makeup and have found myself being interested recently. I don't want to do anything crazy, but I would like to try some eye/lip makeup. I don't have acne and I'm not really interested in full-face makeup but maybe a concealer would be good if I needed it, I want to be able to do something fun with eyeshadow and/or lip makeup. Hi @SportyGirly125, thank you for responding! My skin type is normal/combo, I can get a little oily in my T-zone but barely. My price range is whatever is cheapest, but I can be flexible. Thanks again!
