I have over 4,500 points and I can never redeem them.  I went to my local Sephora and they keep telling me to log on on Tuesday's and Thursday's.  Everything is always SOLD OUT.  I've tried checking several times throughout the day for updates to see if anything has been replenished.  This is extremely frustrating.  Can we not use our rewards towards purchases?

I agree! Sephora, add more stuff! there used to be so many more options.

I find if you log into your account on incognito mode/ private mode a few minutes before the rewards drop and just refresh like mad you can snag the perks and by-pass the ‘sold out.’ I did this last year to snag the sleep mask and hair trio from Living Proof after someone on the forums suggested it 🙂

How do you set it on private mode?

@NMS101  I'm not sure what kind of computer you have, but on my MacBook I click File and then "new private window" is the second option

@FoFun rewards drop at 9am pacific time tuesdays and thursdays. So you have about 15 minutes before anything new appears

I managed to get a $100 rouge voucher on my first try at the suggestions of these wonderful ladies. It was a great reward - $100 in new makeup! 9am pst on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s
