Rewards Bazaar and samples not working

I've been trying all day to add at item from the rewards bazaar (I have enough points) to my order, as well as 2 free samples and nothing is available to add. The "add" is grayed out for me. I tried chatting with customer service but all they told me was that all of the items must no longer be available and that it's not a glitch. That just doesn't seem possible that everything is not avail.  I've tried both on my phone and laptop. Any advice as to what's going on or a fix? Thanks!

@DeeMcG10010, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
