How do I use concealers?

Hi. I’m barely starting out on makeup and I wanted to ask two questions about concealers.
1. how do I use concealer?

2. Is concealer supposed to match the color of my foundation or is it supposed to be lighter? 
(The foundation I use is fenty beauty pro filt’r soft matte shade 300)

!. You have to use concealer usually under the eyes for the dark circles, dark spots and blemishes. It is used to highlight the high points of your face.

2. You have to use a concealer shade lighter than your foundation shade to highlight the high points of your face.

@hfklmnop Concealer is used to hide blemishes and dark circles but can also be used to highlight the forehead and center of the nose.  You usually want to get a shade 2-3 shades lighter than your foundation.

Concealers are generally use to help cover up blemishes that won’t be covered from your foundation alone! For instance most common concealing places are over blemishes, and under the eye area ! It can be either worn under or on top of foundation ! I prefer on top!

concealer is generally two shades lighter than Your foundation!
