Face and neck are different undertones...how to colour match?

Foundation matching my perfect shade is confusing...my neck is super pale and yellow, but my face is neutral with red surface tones due to rosacea. Matching foundation to my neck makes me look too pale, but sometimes neutral foundations can be too pink/ruddy looking on my face. Anyone else have this problem? What do you find works best?

Hi @amber0415!

Finding the perfect foundation shade is a struggle for me too!  My face is a bit more yellow compared to my neck, and it always oxidizes to an even darker color...

When testing foundation colors, it's recommended that you match it the the color on your jaw line since it's the "borderline" of your neck and face.

Another option is to blend the foundation down to your neck so they look like the same (or similar) color.  That's what I do since foundation always oxidizes on my oily skin.
