Summer Fridays lip butter balm

Hi there,

 

I wanted to raise a concern about the Summer Fridays lipstickโ€”I absolutely love the product, but Iโ€™m really disappointed with a recent experience. I purchased a lipstick that had a clear defect, but I assumed it was a one-off issue. A week later, I bought the exact same shade again, and unfortunately, it had the exact same problem.

Considering the price point, I expected better consistency in quality. Iโ€™m now left with two defective lipsticks and am feeling really let down by a brand I otherwise love and trust.

Iโ€™m not sure if I can get a refund or if itโ€™s possible to have a replacement sent, but Iโ€™d really appreciate some support. Also, Iโ€™d love to knowโ€”has anyone else experienced this? Any advice would be so helpful. I will also be emailing Sephora privately and Summer Fridays corporate office to try and raise awareness of this problem.
