Looking for lipstick, and lip liner!

Hi everyone! I have recently been using Charlotte tilburys lipstick in the shade pillow talk. I have just ran out and I need a new lipstick, but I just can’t bring myself to pay that high price when I know there has to be something else out there! I am looking for a smooth lipstick that goes on evenly and does not dry out my lips. Any recommendations? And if anyone has any lip pencil recommendations that would be greatly appreciated as well!

@Krystal68163 I did a search and MAC Boldy Bare is a close dupe to the lipliner but MAC also makes other great colors like Whirl. Here is also lipstick dupes I found.
