Any recommendations for a good lip liner that stays on for a while

@jennifferhc  If you're just using lip liner on the perimeter of your lips (instead of doing a full base coat of liner): the best I've ever used are various shades of PAT McGRATH LABS Permagel Ultra Lip Pencil . Once they've set, they do not budge unless you eat something oily/greasy—and even then, they don't completely come off. 

If you want a full base coat of liner: my faves (that haven't been discontinued) are good ol' MAC pencils and NARS Precision Lip Liner . I also like MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil: Eye, Lip & Brow Pencil for their fun shade range. If Bite hadn't discontinued their lip pencils, I'd also recommend those.

Marc Jacobs Poutliner which is available through Sephora. ColourPop also has excellent lipliners. If I remember correctly , NYX lipliners are a good choice and very affordable
