DO NOT PURCHASE SEPHORA GIFT CARDS – SERIOUS FRAUD RISKI am sharing this as a serious warning to anyone considering buying a Sephora gift card.I checked my gift card balance directly on the official Sephora website. Within seconds of checking the balance, the ENTIRE amount was wiped out. I did not make a purchase. I did not share the card information. The only action taken was checking the balance on Sephora’s own site.The timing was not a coincidence. The funds disappeared immediately after the balance inquiry.I contacted Sephora customer service right away expecting urgency and support. Instead, I was met with zero accountability and no meaningful assistance. There was no protection, no resolution, and no concern shown for what is clearly a serious security issue.Gift card fraud is rampant, and companies have a responsibility to protect their customers from vulnerabilities. Based on my experience, I strongly urge people NOT to purchase Sephora gift cards. They are clearly not secure, and if something goes wrong, do not expect help.Until Sephora fixes this issue and takes responsibility for protecting customer funds, I would avoid buying their gift cards altogether.Protect your money.

I never thought I would have to write this. Sephora literally scammed me. They are scammers. I ordered 10 sets of Sephora 5pcs Lip Stains sets and got only 4 sets. Now when I complained, they informed they are unable to refund or reship because they previously refunded for a lost order. If their carried lost a package what I have to do with it? I paid for the order where the other 6 sets were missing. How cruel, unethical, scammer they are that they literally refused to refund or reship my paid order. Why I have to lost my money to them without any reason? Is this how Sephora is doing their business in several countries? I feel disgusted that I became their VIB customers. Disgustinf, theif.
