Have you tried to get the lid off the eye liners? I grabbed them and a lipstick and brought them with me. The matte lipstick was stuck in the cap and impossible for me to get out without me making a total mess, so I had to toss it (in hotel room) the caps on the eye liner holy Moses took me 10 mins to get off but the liner somehow smushed? I tried to sharpen them but it doesn’t appear you can. How do you get a point on them again?

@GG84  I had to give mine a good tug and didn’t put it back on as tight as it was.  
And nope, the bottom does pop off but doesn’t have a sharpener.  I’m going to have to remember to keep one of the MJ ones handy for insta sharpening.

@GG84 Yes I also had a hard time getting off the lid. During the process of opening the black liner, the tip broke off. I thought to myself 'I will just have to sharpen it now.' I guess i wont be able to. I will try twisting. Thanks for taking one for the team!

@GG84 I haven't tried yet, no. Maybe it has one of those hidden 'sharpeners' in the bottom of the pencil like Chanel does on the Stylo Ombre?

I also didn't have any issues opening the lipstick but I was kind of shocked by how light the case was when I picked it up. It felt like something that might crack easily.

Okay so you can twist the top part where the shade shows (blue or black) but no dice on sharpening it. I took one for the team on the “bath water” blue one, I twisted it (you can’t twist it back down) and now I can’t put the cap on. It’s okay, it was smushed anyway there was no point on it. To get the cap off you need to really wiggle it.

@GG84 Oh no... that's such a huge bummer. 😁 I'm so sorry this happened to you. I wish I had some answers for you but I haven't gotten mine yet. I really hope all of them aren't like this, are you having issues with all of them still?
