Sephora Six - Fast & Furious Edition

So, I've been challenging myself to do a full-ish face in about six minutes.  Have not succeeded yet ‌😭‌‌😅‌, so I'm looking to BIC for some tips to get past the finish line.

I want to know six products, any category, you use to get that quick glam.  Bonus if it includes skincare.  Double bonus if you've timed yourself and it's less than 7 minutes (if you include skincare, 10-15 min).

I've been extra lazy on my makeup lately. I've been skipping foundation and just using a tone-up sunscreen paired with the NATASHA DENONA Hy-Glam Brightening & Hydrating Medium to Full Coverage Crease Proof Serum Concealer . The blush varies but I've been reaching for the Hourglass Ambient® Lighting Bronzer Nude Bronze Light as my only bronzer the most. I pair that with a tinted fiber brow gel from Nyx and Tower 28 Beauty MakeWaves® Lengthening + Volumizing Mascara . Lips are whatever I can quickly grab and throw in my bag. It's not my most perfected look but it's so hot I don't feel like doing a full face. I have also been using the SEPHORA COLLECTION Microsmooth Multi-Tasking Baked Face Powder Foundation to set my face, give a little extra coverage, and keep my makeup on a little better through this heat.

@makeitup305 you look awesome!  You aren't lazy , summer is a great time to wear less makeup .  Where i live it would melt off my face by noon.

@CorgiMommy thank you! My skin has been doing pretty well this summer so I’m fine with the barely there coverage. Once it cools off a bit, I’ll probably go back to more fun looks and extra coverage. Only 2 more months to go! Lol

Oh hey, I can do this! Though mostly on days I skip eyeshadow (aside from a one-and-done moment), like this past Monday: 

”Why not use wireless earphones?” Because wired always sounds best. (I do also have wireless earphones so, you know, I’m not THAT stuck in my old ways. 😄 But seriously, I can hear the difference.)

3. By Terry 8HA Hyaluronic Hydra-Powder (loose translucent) to set concealer - 30 seconds 
4. #Prada Beauty Pradalines Gliding Waterproof Smudge Proof Eye Pencil 04 Ember just on the outer corners of my eyes - 1 minute 
5. Fwee Blurry Pudding Pot shade Greedy - 1.5 minutes 
6. Lip Lab Locally Swatched Lipstick shade Scottsdale (it’s worn down a bit in the photo, thanks to iced espresso through a straw) - 30 seconds 

Bonus: all-over glow courtesy of SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum SPF 50+ and hot humid weather. 

I didn’t use a stopwatch for each step, but I know how many total minutes this took (excluding sunscreen application & settle-down) because I was rushing to go pick up a Nordstrom order & run other errands in time to beat an oncoming severe thunderstorm. Considered adding a swipe of a Danessa Myricks Colorfix Stix to my lids but nope, no time for even that! 😅 Usually any eyeshadow and/or mascara will add at least 2 minutes to my overall time. I’d rather slow down and take the necessary time in those cases.

Thanks @danielledanielle ! You probably know already but: SKIN1004 is a Korean brand that’s now selling stateside at Ulta. I don’t think they’ve reformulated their sunscreens for the US (so those probably won’t be sold in the US), but some of their other products are likely the same formulas they sell in Korea and elsewhere. The only one I can vouch for so far is this sunscreen I love, but I do have a GWP moisturizer and serum in my Try It bin awaiting a test date. If you try some SKIN1004, I hope it works for you!

Thanks @PrettyPaint ! Sunscreen is the secret for glowy skin year-round! And yeah, the fwee pots are great. Potent, but great! A wee bit goes such a long way!

@PrettyPaint  Good news: Ulta now carries fwee, including the Pudding Pots! I won’t be surprised if Ulta jacks prices to accommodate the latest impending tariff stupidity, but at least we can use points on those blushes. That’ll be my excuse to buy more. 🙃

@WinglessOne That's great! Not the continuous stupidity (grrrrrrrr), but that Ulta sells the pudding pots. I had forgotten that they just added a bunch of K-beauty. I think I may have enough points saved up to put in an order pretty soon! 🙂 Thanks!

@PrettyPaint I love their beauty boxes, they're such a good deal! BTW, did you see that if tariffs don't get pushed back again we're losing the De Minims exception? I just got an email from OY saying they're going to add a 15% charge to all orders 😞
