Sephora Six - Fast & Furious Edition

So, I've been challenging myself to do a full-ish face in about six minutes.  Have not succeeded yet ‌😭‌‌😅‌, so I'm looking to BIC for some tips to get past the finish line.

I want to know six products, any category, you use to get that quick glam.  Bonus if it includes skincare.  Double bonus if you've timed yourself and it's less than 7 minutes (if you include skincare, 10-15 min).

So, I was able to pull together a look with:

And I did it with my skincare in less than twelve minutes.  I skipped a serum (I forgot 🤣) and defaulted to using the powder as sunscreen.  I get sunscreen in Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Hydra Vizor Mineral SPF 30 Refillable Moisturizer , too, so while I love the Kinlo, I skipped it for time.

Oh man I can't do a quick face. I'm an all or nothing person when it comes to makeup. 10-15 might be closer to what I can achieve. Hypothetically, I think I could do 5 if I just went in with stick products and kind of applied them all at once and blended them all at once a la TikTok.

1. MERIT The Minimalist Perfecting Complexion Foundation and Concealer Stick Buff 

2. Westman Atelier Face Trace Cream Contour Stick Biscuit or NUDESTIX Nudies Cream Bronzer Stick Bondi Bae 

3. Westman Atelier Baby Cheeks Lip + Cheek Cream Blush Stick Petal or NUDESTIX Nudies Cream Blush All-Over-Face Color Bohemian Rose 

4. Too Faced Brow Wig Brush on Eyebrow Gel or something similar

5. I'd use the bronzer as an eyeshadow or swipe one of the cream Addiction Tokyo shades all over. A Roen quad is also a good one.

6. Mascara

7. Pick a sheer but tinted lip such as LAWLESS Forget The Filler Lip Plumper Line Smoothing Gloss George MAKEUP BY MARIO MoistureGlow™ Plumping Lip Serum Blush Glow iNNBEAUTY PROJECT Glaze Lip Oil Cinnamon Bun or Yves Saint Laurent Candy Glaze Lip Gloss Stick 13 Flashing Rosé  or one of the Rom&nd lip tints.

Heh, I appreciate your honesty @makeitup305 .  I tried to give leeway if you do skincare, but it's tough!  It's fun to try to challenge yourself though.  I finally got a day where it was technically under 12 minutes, but I had an interruption, so I didn't count that into the time hence the technically.

@danielledanielle I work late so usually it's probably closer to 30 minutes if I do skincare. Deciding what eye shadow palette to use takes me at least 5 minutes 😆

@danielledanielle I make up for it by speeding 😆  not really, but I budget an extra 15 min between my first client and the second just so that I dont mess up my whole day if I'm late

Thanks @itsfi a good blush also does the trick, depending on the color. I usually end up adding a pop of sparkle of some sort, too.

I am always running late so I think I have mastered a fast face, lol, especially before zoom calls! I will think about my steps and report back! 

Also, the Re: Makeup Challenge of the Week 2021/2022/2023 has a 5-minute face challenge next week, so we will all put our heads together!

I've been giving some thought to next week's 5-minute face challenge on the Makeup Challenge of the Week thread @sister13 @danielledanielle; excited for the challenge!

I had a good chuckle at the "I am always running late" - I get up early and have plenty of time to get ready but I still find myself running out the door. It *may* have something to do with not actually getting out of bed when I first wake up. Hahaha!

Quick & easy makeup is usually my go-to everyday look @danielledanielle, but this year, I've been wanting to both work through items in my stash that have sadly been neglected and to put a little more effort into my makeup, so I've been trying to work in both a full face with a lot of product options as well as what's in my comfort zone - makeup that can be applied quickly and easily but still help me to look polished and put together.

My allergies can start to kick in during the spring season so I generally like to keep my makeup on the more minimalist side and I've been using these beauties this weeked.
